  • Here at JM Consulting, we have a core team and a larger associate network. With a few notable exceptions, we have all worked together for over 20 years and all know how each other works. We have a wide range of backgrounds and specialisms so our range of expertise is diverse. We can confidently promise to be able to supply the right people with the ‘right expertise’ in the right sector to help. Our associate model keeps costs down and efficiency up, so we can provide complete flexibility.

Judith Moeckell
Founder and Principal

Judith Moeckell is an international HR Consultant. Her specialism is resourcing end-to-end solutions, global talent management, and leadership development. She has over 25 years experience in a variety of global HR operational, project, and consultancy roles with blue-chip global organisations and SMEs, both in the private and public sector. 

 

The first 17 years were spent in various HR permanent roles,  starting with a boutique HR consultancy and then moving on to 10 years with Shell International. Roles included Head of Recruitment Strategy, Global Head of Talent for the upstream global businesses, & Head of HR for the global Wells function. Some of her deliverables included involvement in the creation & globalisation of selection & attraction strategies, tools, methodologies, and process design, talent management, succession planning, regional resourcing strategies, and change projects. Since leaving to set up JM Consulting in 2007, she has worked with a group of trusted associates, the focus being on large and small projects, or providing day-to-day operational HR services to SME clients. Key projects have included creating & implementing talent, L&D recruitment & resourcing strategies, governance models & selection methodologies, senior leader and high potential talent, psychometric assessments & coaching, design & implementation of talent evaluation tools, employee value propositions, interim global roles as Head of Talent, L&D and Change working with FTSE 100 companies across a wide range of sectors to include financial services, media, energy, tax & customs, and healthcare. As a qualified coach, she also takes a hands-on approach to the development of leadership & career coaching and mentoring. 

Deborah Mockridge
Senior Consultant

Deborah Mockridge has over 20 years experience in HR predominately in recruitment, retention and training. Industry experiences include investment banking, management consultancy, and Oil and Gas. 

She worked as Head of Recruitment for RPS Energy, FTSE 250, and Cheniere Marketing Ltd, (LNG trading) Nasdaq 100 where she sourced, interviewed, and inducted employees from graduate to management board level globally whilst providing all management reports.  

She has experience of delivering large scale recruitment campaigns, providing recruitment from Graduate to Board Level Directors, skills gap analysis, and introducing CPD programs to business. 

Deborah has trained line managers in interview techniques and has expertise in setting up internal recruitment functions, induction programmes, and career development plans.

Timo Arokyla
HR Senior Consultant

Timo’s background is in senior HR leadership roles in the world’s leading companies in their fields. He has led HR work in both start-up environments as well as established operations. An experienced HR generalist with extensive experience in change management, performance management, talent, remuneration, and building effective HR teams.

Hansa Bharadia
HR Practitioner

Maria has over 20 years of global HR generalist experience working with major blue-chip organisations on both a global and local country level. She is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.

Key roles have included international HR Consultant for Cable & Wireless, Global HR Manager for various divisions within Shell (Downstream), and Head of HR for KPMG. Her main areas of expertise are in strategic alignment, organisational development and redesign, restructuring (from business case to implementation), talent management, talent acquisition,  selection methodologies, and Employee value propositions - often working with the business to ensure a more effective operating model and a more capable workforce. 

One of her key goals in any role is understanding and working closely with the business, working in partnership with management, and ensuring that the HR function is seen as providing expertise in all aspects of people management adding real value to the business.

Hansa Bharadia is an HR practitioner with over 30 years' experience in the HR function, providing support and driving strategic and operational programmes across public, private, NGO, and charity sector organisations, enhancing employee relations, productivity, and organisational development. She has been a Judicial Member of the Employment Tribunals for 16 years and is a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
