Maria has over 20 years of global HR generalist experience of working with major blue chip organisations on both a global and local country level. She is a fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Key roles have included international HR Consultant for Cable & Wireless, Global HR Manager for various divisions within Shell (Downstream) and Head of HR for KPMG. Her main areas of expertise are in strategic alignment, organisational development and redesign, restructuring (from business case to implementation), talent management, talent acquisition,  selection methodologies, and Employee value propositions - often working with the business to ensure a more effective operating model and a more capable workforce. 

One of her key goals in any role is understanding and working closely with the business, working in partnership with management, and ensuring that the HR function is seen as providing expertise in all aspects of people management adding real value to the business.

Deborah Mockridge has over 20 years experience in HR predominately in recruitment, retention and training. Industry experiences include investment banking, management consultancy and Oil and Gas. 

She worked as Head of Recruitment for RPS Energy, FTSE 250 and Cheniere Marketing Ltd, (LNG trading) Nasdaq 100 where she sourced, interviewed and inducted employees from graduate to management board level globally whilst providing all management reports.  

She has experience of delivering large scale recruitment campaigns, providing recruitment from graduate to Board level Directors, skills gap analysis and introducing CPD programs to business. 

Deborah has trained line mangers in interview techniques and has expertise in setting up internal recruitment functions, induction programmes and career development plans.

Nikki has over 15 years of HR experience working within energy, telecoms and utilities sectors. Nikki’s expertise includes talent management, major organisation transformation programmes, leadership development, performance management and executive coaching. Working at board level supporting senior leaders to create and implement business focused solutions. She has led large teams focused on improving business performance within complex and demanding environments.

In addition, Nikki is passionate about employee wellbeing and mental health. She has worked closely with organisations to develop mental health at work guidelines.

Board member of ‘Opportunity Now’ from November 2012 to 2016.

Judith has over 20 years global experience in a variety of senior HR permanent, project and consultancy roles. She has worked across most industry sectors from FTSE 100 to SME, public sector and start-ups with specific expertise in energy, oil and gas and professional services.

Judith’s expertise is focused on the end to end career path to include global talent management, leadership development, and end to end resourcing solutions to include strategies and tools for all levels -  graduate and apprenticeship to experienced and executive. She has global experience in organisational design, M&A, organisational and functional restructure. She is passionate about fairness and equality in the workplace and believes everyone should have an equal opportunity to progress to their own desired level in a company.

She aims to bring pragmatic and commercial skills to the people function as well as her professional HR experience.
