Recruitment Restructure Project

Judith led a project in DONG Energy E&P in August - November 2012 which aim was to improve the efficiency of our recruitment approach. We're currently recruiting large numbers of employees across all seniority levels in a highly competitive and demanding market. Judith developed the scope of the project based on a fairly loose brief, and led a team of six recruitment professionals of varying experience across the UK, Norway and Denmark.

The output from the of the project is excellent and delivered within a challenging timeframe which made possible through Judith's creativity, expertise, orientation for achieving results, wide networks and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. I was also pleased how Judith kept me updated with the progress of the project, including costs.
